Billing and Shipping Addresses

For your protection and our preference is, the “Shipping Address” and the “Billing Address” must be the same as the credit card billing information.  Shipment to destination other then Credit Card Billing address is permitted, however the packaged will be delayed for further confirmation and verification.  At times, the verifications with the credit card companies may be as long as 5 – 7 days from the time of ordering.

Hygiene Jet is a subsidiary of AML International Corporation.  The merchant and charge that is made and appeared on your credit card statement will be “AML Int’L Corp.”.

Credit Card Processing & Security

After completing the purchase, the entered credit card will be charged immediately.  For your protection, Hygiene Jet DO NOT stored any credit card information.  We take credit card security seriously and adhere to the PCI Security Standards and Merchant Credit Card Acceptance Guidelines.


Shipping Information
FREE Shipping on Bidets

Hygiene Jet offer FREE SHIPPING on all bidet purchases.  The free shipping policy applies to customers that purchase a bidet and ship within the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The bidet will be shipped by the carrier of our choice in Ground Service.

Shipment Tracking Number

After the package is processed, a tracking number on a selected carrier will be provided for your protection.

Expedited Shipping

Hygiene Jet offers expedited service for your convenience.  This service is offered as part of the Check Out process where a selection other than Free Shipping can be chosen.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Hygiene Jet will ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping fee will apply, however we will pay a portion of the shipping equivalent to an average dollar amount offered to our Continental U.S. customers.  Please contact our office via email for further assistance. When making the inquiry please provide your full shipping address.

International Shipment

Hygiene Jet will ship worldwide.  The worldwide customers are responsible for all customs and duties.  Additional shipping fee will apply for international shipments.  Please contact our office via email for further assistance.  We have a negotiated rate with certain carriers and will certainly pass-on the savings to our customers.  When making the inquiry please provide your full shipping address.

P.O. Box Shipment

We regret to inform and for you protection, we will not be able to ship to Post Office Boxes.


Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, each of the bidets has 1 Year Limited Warranty with the manufacturer.  All of our manufacturers have a U.S. Based Service Department, so no worries about sending an item overseas.  For warranty claims, please contact our office and we will gladly address any issues you may have.

Price Match

Hygiene Jet strives to provide our customers a balance of best Selections, Services and Prices.  As an authorized reseller, customers made purchases from us entitled certain consumer rights including U.S. based Service and Warranty.  Please contact us via email prior to completion of purchase for considerations in “Price Match”.


Return Policy

For Public Safety and Sanitary Nature of our customers, all Bidet Sales are considered final.  We will only conditionally accept a return if the bidet is in Un-opened Condition and within 7 days of receiving the bidet.

Defective Unit

In a rare event that the unit arrived defective, Hygiene Jet will address the defective unit by offering an exchange.  For defective Unit, please contact our office within 7 days of receiving the bidet for an Exchange-RMA number.  Exchange without an Exhcange-RMA will not be accepted.  The customer is responsible for returned shipping charge.

Cancellation

An order can be cancelled any time prior to completion of processing.  Once the order has been processed, we will accept the return as an “Unopened Box Return”.

Unopened Box Return

For Unopened (as-new and Un-used with the box sealed) box returns and within 7 days of receiving the bidet, please contact our office via email to receive a RMA number (Return Material Authorization).  We will only accept Un-opened box returns with RMA number. Returns without a RMA will not be accepted and will be rejected.  The customer is responsible for the returned shipping and 25% restocking fee.

Acceptance
By completing the shopping cart process and plancing an order, the customer/end user has agreed and accepted the terms, conditions and policies as stated herein this website.
