Hygiene Jet offers FREE SHIPPING on all bidet purchases.  The free shipping policy applies to customers that purchase a bidet and ship within the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii and Alaska. The bidet will be shipped by the carrier of our choice in Ground Service.

Shipment Tracking Number

After the package is processed, a tracking number on a selected carrier will be provided for your information and protection.

Expedited Shipping

Hygiene Jet offers expedited service for your convenience.  This service is offered as part of the Check Out process where a selection other than Free Shipping can be chosen.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Hygiene Jet will ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Additional shipping fee will apply, however we will pay a portion of the shipping equivalent to an average dollar amount offered to our Continental U.S. customers.  Please contact our office via email for further assistance. International Shipment

Hygiene Jet will ship worldwide.  The worldwide customers are responsible for all customs and duties.  Additional shipping fee will apply for international shipments.  Please contact our office via email for further assistance.  We have a negotiated rate with certain carriers and will certainly pass-on the savings to our customers.  When making the inquiry please provide your full shipping address.
